Does CC Customs and Repairs provide loaner vehicle?

At the moment we do not provide loaners. however, some insurance companies do provide rentals when requested at no cost to you, its worth asking if they do.

What if there is additional damage not covered in the first estimate written by the insurance?

When an insurance pays they usually send in a check to cover the cost of the repairs. In the industry its very common for insurance companies to send supplemental checks. This happens when additional damage is uncovered which happens once the damaged parts are taken apart. For example, a vehicle involved in a head on collision might have its bumper cracked, the headlight cracked, the hood bent. These are the first things we can see visiually, most insurance appraisers write their estimate based on what they can visually see. If during the repair process we discover additional damage we take pictures of the additional damage to the insurance, the insurance then sends in the supplemental checks.

What if I am paying out of pocket?

If you are planning on paying for the collision out of pocket we will create an itemized estimate showing exactly what we are charging. If paying out of pocket we do ask for a deposit up front, usually the total parts and paint, and the remaining balance is due after the repair has been completed.
